I have listed below the ingredients we have chosen to use and how they will benefit your skin.
Using Shea Butter on your face and body can condition, tone and soothe your skin.
It is suitable for Normal to Dry skin and is high in Oleic and Stearic Acid.
Coconut oil can help reduce inflammation, moisturise and heal wounds. It is suitable for Very Dry skin and is high in Lauric Acid.
Olive Oil on your skin is soft and moisturising. It is suitable for Dry, Acne Prone Skin and is high in Oleic Acid
Castor Oil is full of healthy fatty acids which make it great for moisturising, preventing wrinkles and fighting acne. It is suitable for Most Skin Types including Oily/Acne Prone and is high is Ricinoleic Acid.
Jojoba Oil is rich in Vitamins A, E & D and is closest to our own skin properties.
It can balance oily skin, calm eczema and soothe sore lips. It is suitable for Most Skin Types including Oily/Acne Prone Skin and is high in Linoleic Acid and moderate in Linolenic Acid.
Mango Butter contains essential fatty acids and antioxidents which makes it a great choice for Mature Skin. It is suitable for Most Skin types though and is high in Oleic Acid and moderate in Stearic Acid.
Fatty Acids are important to skin health and with topical application they protect and can even reverse damage. Alpha-Linolenic Acid (an omega-3) and Linoleic Acid (an omega-6) are considered essential as the body can't produce these on their own.
For Oily & Acne Prone Skin
If you have frequent blemishes or oily skin you may be lacking in Linoleic Acid in your skins surface. Linoleic Acid is an omega-6 essential fatty acid that has anti-aging properties as well as barrier protective, soothing and balancing properties.

Ideal for Drier Skin
Oleic Acid is an omega-9 fatty acid and is very hydrating. It can help with dry and sensitive skin and reducing skin sensitivity.

Lauric Acid -Antibacterial and anti-acne properties - found in babassu and coconut date seed.
Myristic Acid - cleansing and lubricating properties - found in babassu and coconut oil.
Palmitic Acid - soothing, hydrating, anti-aging, and barrier protective properties - found in baobab, brazil nut, macadamia, peanut, rice bran, sea buckthorn and neem oils.
Palmitoleic Acid - an omega-7 fatty acid with anti-aging, healing and rejuvenating properties - found in macademia and sea buckthorn oil.
Stearic Acid - rich and hydrating but tends to clog pores for acne prone skin - found in cocoa coconut, mango mowrah, sal and shea and tamanu oil
Ricinoleic Acid - an omega 9 fatty acid with antibacterial and cleansing properties - found only in castor oil.
Punicic Acid - an omega 5 fatty acid with repairing, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties - found only in pomegranate oil
Alpha-Linolenic Acid - an omega 3 essential fatty acid that helps skin barrier health - found in black currant, perilla, flax/linseed, pumpkin seed and soybean oil.
Gamma-Linolenic Acid - an omega 6 fatty acid that soothes inflammation and promotes ceramide synthesis - found in black currant see, borage and evening primrose oil.
Eicosenoic Acid - an omega 9 with soothing emollient and permeation enhancing properties - found in jojoba and meadowfoam seed oil.
Behenic Acid - testorative, very moisturising and conditioning properties, especially for hair - found in karanja and mooring oils.
Erucic Acid - an omega 9 with a silky/silicone like feel for light hydration - found in abyssinian and broccoli oil, jojoba and meadow foam seed oil.
